Mr. Williams has served as Chief Financial Officer since April 2008. Mr. Williams served as the Corporate Controller of New Frontier Media from October 2006 until April 2008. From February 2004 until October 2006, Mr. Williams was employed by eFunds Corporation and served in various accounting and finance roles. Prior to February 2004, Mr. Williams was employed by Ernst and Young, LLP as a manager within the assurance and advisory services group. Mr. Williams holds a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Oklahoma and is a Certified Public Accountant in Colorado and Arizona.
